Below is the first render I did, it was surprisingly faster than 3Ds Max and roughly took 30 minutes from start to finish. I am pleased with this render however I feel that the rain isn't very visible so I need to change this. Also the 'Point Light' is flickering too fast to give the fire flicker effect so I want to add an expression to slow this down. Below is the first render:
